For the woman who is doing all the things, showing up for everyone else, and wondering where she fits into her own life.

You’re Not Alone

You can have a full calendar, people who need you, responsibilities you care about, and still feel like you’ve somehow lost sight of yourself. That doesn’t mean you need to blow up your life. Sometimes you simply need space to get honest about what matters, what is draining you, and what you want to do differently.

Imagine How You Would Feel

Imagine finishing an afternoon with more than a page of notes. You have words for what matters to you, a clearer picture of where your energy is going, boundaries you can actually communicate, and a short list of commitments that feel like yours. Instead of automatically saying yes, you have something to come back to and ask: Does this fit the life I’m trying to build?

Who It’s For

  • You’re tired of making decisions on autopilot.
  • Your life is full, but it doesn’t always feel fulfilling.
  • You know something needs to shift, but you don’t know where to start.
  • You want practical reflection and action, not another book that tells you to simple ‘do less’.
  • You want to feel more confident about what deserves your yes, and what doesn’t

I’m Susan Larimer

For years, I said yes to everyone and everything because I thought I was supposed to. But all those yeses left me frustrated, drained, and with little room for the things I truly wanted to do.

In 2018, I knew something needed to change. I made a major career shift, got honest about what mattered most to me, and began learning to say no—without feeling like I needed to apologize for it.

Today, I love the life I’ve created for myself and my family. It’s a life filled with choices that reflect my values and leave room for the people and experiences that matter most.

That’s what I want for you, too. Being thoughtful about your yeses and nos isn’t selfish. It gives you the time and energy to show up wholeheartedly for the roles, relationships, and responsibilities that are yours to embrace.

That’s what The Intentional Life is all about.
