This includes printing a fresh copy of a workbook to complete it again.

However, purchased materials may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or reproduced for use by other individuals.

Each individual using the materials must purchase their own copy or obtain written permission from Susan Larimer.

You may not:

• Share purchased files with other individuals.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the purchased materials.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

I understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. Clients may request to reschedule appointments by contacting [email protected].

Rescheduling will be handled flexibly, based on mutual agreement and available scheduling options.

Clients are encouraged to provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

If a client misses an appointment without providing notice, one courtesy rescheduling opportunity may be offered, subject to availability.

Coaching Cancellations and Refunds

Clients who choose to discontinue a coaching package may request a refund for any unused coaching sessions.

Refunds will be calculated based on the per-session value of the coaching package disclosed at the time of purchase, including any applicable discounts.

Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Any digital products included in a coaching package will be identified at the time of purchase, along with their applicable licensing and refund conditions.

If a workbook is offered as a complimentary bonus with no separately allocated purchase price, no additional amount will be deducted from the unused-session refund solely because the client received that workbook.

If Susan Larimer is unable to provide a coaching session, the client will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the session that cannot be provided.

Refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Professional Disclaimer

Coaching and educational services are not substitutes for licensed legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

8. No Earnings or Results Guarantees
